Rules of Kiltoon
Customers who do not respect our Kiltoon rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
We have worked very hard to bring you a safe, fun environment for your wee ones to enjoy & encourage early learning. Unfortunately, there are always risks. We have of course taken every reasonable step to ensure these risks are kept to a minimum.
Our Rules
- Age restrictions are in place for the safety of all children.
- Kiltoonies will not tolerate abusive behaviour from adults or children towards staff or other customers.
- Children & adults must always wear indoor shoes in Kiltoonies. Shoe covers are provided to ensure our toon remains in pristine condition.
- No food, drinks, sweets or gum are to be taken into the play areas.
- Once your session has ended please leave the play area & café so we can set up for the next session.
- Please keep your valuables with you. We won’t accept liability for any loss/damage to personal property during your visit.
- Please let a member of our team know about any accidents so we can help quickly.
- Please leave all prams & buggies in the allocated area. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to property left in the pram/buggy area.
- It is the duty of the supervising adult to ensure that their child is using the play areas safely & interacts harmoniously with other children.
- Children must not climb up the sides of Kiltoon.
- Smoking & vaping in our toon is strictly prohibited.
- Please respect our Kiltoonies town & equipment! This is to minimise the possibility of damage & injury. Report any damage immediately to a member of our team please, no matter how trivial.
- If you need to change a nappy, please do so in the areas provided.
- Cameras can be used at Kiltoonies. Please be mindful of other customers & their privacy. Photos may only be taken of your children & their guests.
- Please keep all play pieces in Kiltoonies – please don’t take them home. If your wee one loves it, you can ask a member of the team as we have some available pieces to sell.
